300 pupils came together to watch the school screening of “Layla
M.” in the auditorium of the Mathilde-Weber-school.
Actress and director’s assistant Bobbie Koek talked with the students
about the reason’s behind the radicalization of teenagers.

The conversationen play “My Way. My fortune. My goal!” from Mensch:
Theater! Focuses on the issue violence against girls and women
in the context taking flight. The play was organised by TERRE DES FEMMES.
The scenes are discussed with the adolescents and a dialogue emerges
that revolves around the topics and conflicts that play a central
role for refugee adolescents.
At the school screening of “The Divine Order” Beate Dörr from Landeszentrale
für politische Bildung spoke with the students
about the women’s right to vote in Switzerland in comparison to Germany.
Moreover, they discussed traditional gender roles and talked about why
the issues shown in the film still are topical.
